We’ve arrived here in Washington DC for the Independence Day celebrations. Today we drove up from Raleigh and made the drive in just over 4 hours. I’ve posted a quick selection of photos from today, from Mount Vernon as well as my mandatory picture of ‘the bridge’ driving up I-95. (The bridge is a cable stayed bridge known as the Varina-Enon Bridge.)
