We did manage to get to Slyman’s for breakfast / lunch this morning. I’m not a huge meat-eater, but this place has the greatest corned beef sandwich I’ve had in my entire life. I highly recommend it to anyone who finds themselves in Cleveland. Raleigh’s downtown could really benefit from a place like it.
We also took a short drive around downtown, but the grayness of the rain kept me from getting too many cool pictures… Hopefully Julie & I will get a chance to come up here some time just to photograph the industrial district.
