Searching for the right wordpress theme is like searching for a pair of shoes… Lots of taking one off the shelf… looking through boxes, and finally trying a pair on only to find that they don’t fit.
With that said, I have slightly modified a theme called Chaotic Soul:

I’m relatively happy with it for the moment… but you’ll notice some weird stuff going on over here

Not sure why, but the search box seems to align with the bottom of the posts, rather than with the bottom of the header bar. No matter, for the moment the rustylongdotcom blog is back up, and functioning.

Jesse informs me that the page looks just fine in Internet Explorer. I guess, for the moment, this theme will have to do.
