This single family home designed for the Hutchinson / Mauro family in Hillsborough, North Carolina was commissioned in 2008 and completed construction in the fall of 2010. This house utilizes a combination of off-the-shelf materials, passive solar design, and high efficiency building envelope to create a long-life structure that’s as easy to heat and cool as it is a joy to live in.
